Sialo.pk charges sellers a commission of 5% to 15% on each sale, depending on the product category. There are no hidden fees — the commission rate for your category is clearly shown before you start selling.

How Commission Works

1. Commission is charged as a percentage of the product's selling price.
2. The rate depends on the category your product is listed under. Categories with lower margins carry lower rates, and the rate is fixed per category.
3. Sialo.pk handles order pickup from your shop and delivery to the customer, so you can focus on your products and stock.

Example: If you sell a product for Rs. 2,000 in a category with a 10% commission, the commission is Rs. 200 and you receive Rs. 1,800.

Commission on Returns & Cancellations

Where a return is caused by a seller-side issue (defective item, wrong item, damaged item, or misrepresented listing), the applicable Category Charges apply along with a penalty, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
