Shipping Policy — Sialo.pk

1. Shipping Overview

Sialo.pk operates its own pickup-and-delivery model. Rather than relying on third-party couriers, we pick up your order directly from the seller and deliver it straight to your doorstep — giving you faster, more reliable delivery with full visibility from pickup to drop-off.

2. Delivery Areas

Sialo.pk currently delivers within Sialkot city only. We are not yet delivering to areas outside Sialkot.

1. If your delivery address falls outside our current coverage area, this will be indicated at checkout and you will not be able to complete the order to that address.
2. We are actively working on expanding delivery to more cities — check back for updates on coverage areas.

3. Delivery Charges

1. Free Delivery: Orders with a cart value of Rs. 3,000 or above qualify for free delivery — provided payment is made in advance online (via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer).
2. Orders below Rs. 3,000 will incur a standard delivery charge, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Free delivery does not apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, regardless of order value — see Section 7 for COD terms.

4. Delivery Timelines

1. Sialo.pk delivers orders within 24 hours of order confirmation, for all orders within Sialkot.
2. This timeline covers pickup from the seller and delivery to your doorstep.
3. In rare cases (e.g. seller stock issues, unforeseen logistics constraints, public holidays), delivery may take longer than 24 hours. If this happens, you will be notified with an updated delivery estimate.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order's status at any time from the "My Orders" section of your account:

1. Order Placed
2. Picked Up from Seller
3. In Transit
4. Delivered

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

1. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. you're unavailable at the address), our team will contact you to reschedule delivery.
2. If delivery cannot be completed for a prepaid order, please refer to our Refunds Policy for the Failed Delivery refund process.
3. Sialo.pk will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics constraints, high-volume periods, operational issues, or public holidays.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Terms

1. COD is available for eligible orders within our Sialkot delivery area, subject to order value and availability shown at checkout.
2. COD orders are charged the standard delivery fee, even if the order value is Rs. 3,000 or above — free delivery is only available on orders paid for in advance online.
3. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery for a smoother handover.

8. Packaging

1. Sellers are responsible for ensuring products are properly and securely packed before pickup.
2. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or shows signs of mishandling, please do not accept the delivery and report it to our support team immediately.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for delivery due to safety, legal, or handling restrictions (e.g. hazardous materials, restricted or prohibited items under Pakistani law). Any such restrictions will be indicated on the relevant product listing.
